Freedom Youth is where you can belong if you are just about to start secondary school, all the way through to finishing college.

Freedom Youth is a safe community where young people can make friends and discover more about God.
In “normal” times we would meet up in group settings at different times throughout the week, as well as on a Sunday, but for the time being, we are having to be careful about how much we interact in groups.
We are currently running 2 youth Zooms each week, one for Freedom Youth Club (school yrs 7-9ish), and one for our Youth Connect group (school yrs 10-13ish).
We also have a Private WhatsApp Group for us to communicate together, as well as a private instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/freedomyouthromsey/), on which we release a fortnightly video called FYTV.
FYTV is put together by our young people, and includes a bit of teaching that runs alongside the adults programme, some kind of silly video and some recommendations for worship songs to help guide your thinking and growth over the weeks.
Sometimes it is important to chat 1 on 1, and we have a bunch of great volunteers who are good and safe listener/encouragers, so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have something you want to chat about in person.
We are also organising socially-distanced informal meet-ups in the park or town in small groups if you fancy hanging out with a handful of friends for a coffee/ice cream.

Freedom Youth is overseen by our Youth Leader – Ben, and a team of quality and committed volunteers.
If you have any questions or want to get involved with any of the things above, send a message to ben@freedomchurch.uk.
