Hamper-Making Event 2024

​On the 17th, 18th, and 19th December, we are hosting Hamper-Making events at the Freedom Centre for those in our community who access our various outreach projects.

 

This is one of our favourite events in the year, seeing 130 families in 2023, we are so excited to invite them back again to pack bags filled with Christmas treats and gifts. This year, for the first time, we will have a room filled with gifts for all ages in our Upper Room! And Father Christmas has agreed to pay us a visit too!… 🎅

 

We want to be generous with presents for families as Christmas is such an expensive time of year. So, on Sunday 15th December during our Freedom Church Nativity Service, we would love everyone to bring a toy or gift donation towards our Hamper-Making event.

 

This will go to people in our community who may struggle to afford gifts for their families this year. We need toys for children of all ages whether that be a craft kit, a doll, teddy bears, small Lego kits, etc. 

We want to bless our community, but we do need your help!

P.S. If you’re donating second hand toys, please ensure they’re like new and clean!
